Talentbridge itself is hiring a part-time Technical Talent Scout to join our London sourcing pod. You'll hunt elite software engineers across the UK and Europe for our venture-backed clients — flexible 25-hour weeks, fully remote within the UK, with a contract-to-permanent path.
What You'll Do
- Build targeted talent maps for senior engineering searches
- Write personalized outreach that engineers actually answer
- Run first-round screens assessing motivation, communication and trajectory
- Maintain immaculate pipeline notes so partners can brief clients instantly
- Contribute to our sourcing playbooks and share what works
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years sourcing or recruiting technical talent, agency or in-house
- Enough technical literacy to discuss stacks credibly with engineers
- Exceptional written English and a genuine love of the hunt
- Self-direction — you manage your own pipeline and hit weekly targets
Compensation & Process
£60 per hour, 25 flexible hours per week, with placement bonuses that typically add 20–30%. Process: introductory call, live sourcing exercise, then a conversation with two partners — decision within one week.
