The Role
A high-growth fintech client is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design across their core dashboard and onboarding flows. You'll partner directly with the Head of Product and two engineers, with real authority over the design system and research practice.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery and delivery for onboarding, billing and analytics surfaces
- Evolve a young design system into documented, reusable patterns
- Run lightweight usability tests and translate findings into shipped work
- Present design rationale to executives and incorporate feedback gracefully
- Mentor a mid-level designer and set the bar for craft quality
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years designing SaaS or fintech products, with a portfolio of shipped work
- Fluency in Figma, prototyping and design-system architecture
- Comfort with product metrics — you design toward activation and retention
- Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and stakeholders
Compensation & Process
$160,000 base salary plus equity, comprehensive health coverage and a $2,500 home-office stipend. Our process: portfolio review, hiring-manager conversation, a paid two-hour design exercise, then a final team round — decisions within two weeks.
